By decree of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus', Metropolitan Nestor of Korsun and Western Europe has been relieved of his duties as the administrator of the Patriarchal Exarchate of Western Europe, as well as of the Korsun, Spanish-Portuguese dioceses and the parishes of the Moscow Patriarchate in Italy, due to the initiation of ecclesiastical judicial proceedings against him.
Temporary administration of the aforementioned canonical structures has been entrusted to Metropolitan Mark of Ryazan and Mikhailovsk.
