On April 7, 2026, Great Tuesday, the feast of the Annunciation of the Most Holy Theotokos, during the Divine Liturgy at Dormition Cathedral in London, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh ordained Deacon Nectarios (Sorin) Bâscă to the priesthood and Nikolay Makarov to the diaconate.During their liturgical practice, the newly ordained clergy of the Diocese of Sourozh will serve at Dormition Cathedral in London.
