On July 28, 2021, after the celebration of the Divine Liturgy on the feast of the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Grand Prince Vladimir, a meeting of the Cathedral clergy was held at the Dormition Cathedral in London under the chairmanship of the Rector, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh.

Reports were made by His Grace Vladyka Matthew and the Cathedral's accountant Andrei Bardakov.

The meeting discussed issues of parish life after the lifting of Government restrictions related to the coronavirus pandemic.
