« A meeting of directors of Russian schools in London took place in the Dormition Cathedra »

On February 13, 2024, with the blessing of His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, a meeting of directors of schools supporting the Russian language and culture, operating in the capital of Great Britain, took place in the library of the Dormition Cathedral in London.

On behalf of the Diocese of Sourozh, the meeting was attended by E.N.  Poplavskaya, Head of the diocesan Department for Religious Education, Director of the parochial school of the Dormition Cathedral in London.

The meeting participants discussed the creation of an interschool association of Russian schools in London. During the meeting, general pedagogical issues were raised, and a plan of joint activities for 2024 was proposed.
