On February 9, 2024, on the day of the celebration of the transfer of the relics of St. John Chrysostom (438), His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh prayed at the Divine Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in London.

The divine service was celebrated by the Secretary of the Sourozh diocese, Deputy Dean of the Dormition Cathedral, Archpriest Dimitry Nedostupenko.

The liturgical chants were performed by the chamber choir of the Cathedral under the direction of Dmitry Tugarinov.

At the end of the Liturgy, Father Dimitry preached a sermon on the topic of the Gospel reading.

At the end of the service, His Grace Bishop Matthew warmly congratulated Archpriest Dimitry on his birthday and presented him with a holy prosphora and a bouquet of flowers.
