« Metropolitan Anthony prayerfully remembered by the Diocese of Sourozh »

On the 4^th of August 2015, on the occasion of the 12^th anniversary since the repose of ever-memorable Metropolitan Anthony, the founder of the Diocese of Sourozh, a memorial service was held at the grave of Vladyka Anthony at the Old Brompton cemetery in West London.

The service was headed by Archbishop Anatoly of Kerch, who served with Metropolitan Anthony for many years as his Assistant Bishop.  Clergy from the London Cathedral also took part in the remembrance service.  The panikhida was attended by a number of parishioners of the Diocese of Sourozh, many of whom knew Metropolitan Anthony personally, who gathered to pray for Vladyka Anthony.
