On July 8, 2026, a meeting of the Diocesan Council of the Diocese of Sourozh was held at the Dormition Cathedral in London, chaired by His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh.
Participating in the meeting were: Archpriest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocesan Council and Dean of the Northern England Diocesan District; Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Dean of the South East England Diocesan District; Archpriest Mikhail Nasonov, Dean of the Republic of Ireland Diocesan District; and Archpriest Stephen Platt, Dean of the Central England Diocesan District.
During the meeting, His Grace and the council members discussed the current affairs of the diocese and made a number of decisions in accordance with the meeting agenda.
