On July 7, 2026, on the Feast of the Nativity of the Honourable and Glorious Prophet, Forerunner, and Baptist of the Lord John, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the Divine Liturgy at Dormition Cathedral in London.

His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky; Deans of the diocesan districts of South East England - Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk; South West England - Archpriest Joseph Skinner; Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, Archpriest Dimitry Nedostupenko; Archpriest Nikita Kozlov; and Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.

The liturgical hymns were performed by the Dormition Cathedral Chamber Choir under the direction of Lyudmila Lutsenko.

Following the Prayer after the Ambo, the archpastor and concelebrating clergy performed a hymn before the icon of the feast.

Following the Liturgy, Bishop Matthew addressed the faithful with words of edification. Protodeacon Vadim Santsevich provided simultaneous translation into English.

In recognition of her diligent labors for the good of the Holy Church and in connection with her birthday anniversary, Mother Sarah Skinner was awarded a blessed Patriarchal charter. His Grace also granted altar servers Vitaly Korobtsov and Dimitris Karailias the right to wear cassocks.
