On the morning of April 10, 2026, Friday of Holy Week, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the Royal Hours at Dormition Cathedral in London.His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the diocese of Sourozh, Archpriest Nikita Kozlov, and Deacon Nikolai Makarov.
The cathedral chamber choir, directed by Anna Kobrina, performed the liturgical hymns.
Old Testament prophecies, passages from the Apostolic Epistles, and the Four Gospels were read in Church Slavonic and English, recounting the Lord Jesus Christ's trial before Pilate, His suffering, death, and removal from the Cross.
