On April 25, 2025, on Friday of Bright Week, the feast of the icon of the Mother of God “Life-Giving Spring”, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in London.

His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, Dean of the Diocesan District of South-East England Archpriest Vitaly Polischuk, Dean of the Diocesan District of South-West England Archpriest Joseph Skinner, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh Archpriest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Archpriest Nikita Kozlov, Priest Alexander Kapustin, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch and Deacon Nektariy Baska.

The liturgical chants were performed by the cathedral chamber choir under the direction of Dmitry Tugarinov.

After the dismissal of the Liturgy, Bishop Matthew performed the small blessing of water. At the end of the service, the Right Reverend Archpastor addressed the clergy and parishioners with words of sermon and spiritual edification.
