On March 21, 2023, on the feast day of the 40 Martyrs of Sebaste, at the Divine Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in London, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh ordained Subdeacon Cosmin Frateanu to the diaconate.Father Cosmin will serve as a deacon in the parish of St. Ephraim the Syrian of the Diocese of Sourozh in Cambridge.
