On the evening of February 27, 2023, Monday of the first week of Great Lent, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated Great Compline with the reading of the Great Canon of St. Andrew of Crete at the Dormition Cathedral in London.His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, Archpriest Vitally Polishchuk, Dean of the Diocesan District of South East England, Archpriest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, and Archpriest Nicolae Prescura.
Liturgical hymns were performed by the choir of the cathedral under the direction of Dmitry Tugarinov.
At the end of the divine service, the Right Reverend Archpastor addressed those present with a word of sermon and spiritual edification.
