« Luton Parish of St.Alban, the First British Martyr, celebrated its 10th anniversary »

On Saturday, November 12, 2022, the parish of the Holy First British Martyr Alban in Luton celebrated the 10th anniversary of its foundation.
With the blessing of His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, the Divine Liturgy was led by the first priest of the parish, Archpriest Raphael Armor, Dean of the Diocesan District of East Anglia, assisted by the Dean of the Diocesan District of Central England, Archpriest Stephen Platt, who carries out pastoral ministry for the care of Orthodox believers in Luton at the present time.
At the end of the liturgy, Father Stephen read out a message of congratulations from His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the parish.
After the service, a common meal and a performance by the community youth took place.
