« Services resumed in the parish of the Jerusalem Icon of the Mother of God in Brighton »

On January 8, 2022, after a long break due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Divine Liturgy was celebrated at the parish of the Jerusalem Icon of the Most Holy Mother of God in Brighton and Hove.
The festive Christmas service was celebrated by Rector of the parish, Dean of the Diocesan District of South-East England, archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk.
At the Liturgy, residents of Brighton and nearby settlements prayed and received the Holy Mysteries of Christ.
At the end of the Liturgy, archpriest Vitaly congratulated those present with the feast of the Nativity of Christ and delivered a sermon.  Sweet Christmas presents were given out to young parishioners.
After the divine service, Father Vitaly met with the parishioners and discussed with them issues of organising the parish life of the community.
