On March 1, 2020, Cheesefare Week (Forgiveness Sunday), memory of Adam's exile from Paradise, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.

His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevich, Deacon Anthony Ivashin and Deacon Sergiy Sokolovsky.

Liturgical chants were performed by the choir of the Cathedral under the direction of Dmitry Tugarinov.

During the service, monks and nuns from the monastery of St. John the Baptist from the city of Phoenix, Arizona, USA, prayed and received Holy Misteties of Christ.

At the end of the Liturgy, the Right Reverend Archpastor addressed clergy and parishioners with a word of preaching and spiritual edification.  Vladyka Matthew congratulated mother Sarah Skinner, liturgist of the Dormition Cathedral's choir, and presented her with a bouquet of flowers.

On behalf of the clergy and parishioners of the Cathedral, Secretary of the Sourozh Diocese Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko addressed congratulated His Grace Bishop Matthewon with the 22nd anniversary of his service in the holy orders. In his address Father Dimitry mentioned the stages of Vladyka Matthew' clerical service, his sincere desire to serve the Mother Church and his zealous care of the flock entrusted to him by God, not only in the British Isles, but also in the countries of the North American continent, where Vladyka carry on the obedience of Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes.  On behalf of those gathered in the Cathedral on this day, a holy prosphora and a bouquet of flowers were presented to Vladyka Matthew for a prayer.  The Protodeacon proclaimed many years to the honored Archpastor.
