On June 18, 2019, a reception was held at the Residence of the Russian Ambassador in the United Kingdom, dedicated to the next Russian-British Business Forum organized by the Russian-British Chamber of Commerce (RBCC) in collaboration with the Embassy and the Trade Representation of Russia.

At the invitation of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to the UK A.V.  Yakovenko, the Right Reverend Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, and representatives of the Diocese took part in the event.

Opening the meeting, the Russian Ambassador A.V.  Yakovenko addressed those present with a speech.

The reception was attended by businessmen, members of the diplomatic corps, representatives of the top management of Russian and British companies in industrial, technological and financial sectors of the UK and Russia.
