On March 2, 2019, on the eve of the Last Judgment Sunday, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh served an All-Night Vigil at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.

His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Archpriest Nikolai Preskure, Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch and Deacon Victor Nikiforov.

At the Matins of the All-Night Vigil, His Grace anointed the clergy and parishioners of the Cathedral with consecrated oil.
