« His Grace Bishop Agafangel of Norilsk and Turukhansk celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Patriarchal metochion in Dublin »

On February 24, 2019, on Prodigal Son Sunday, a hierarchical liturgy was celebrated in St. Peter and St. Paul’s Stavropegic Parish in Dublin.
The service was headed by Bishop Agafangel of Norilsk and Turukhansk, who, with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill, is on a pilgrimage to the Great Britain and Ireland.
Archpriest Mikhail Nasonov, Rector of the temple and Dean of the Irish Diocesan District,  Archpriest Alexander Kurnasov, teacher of the Moscow Theological Academy and hieromonk German Melnikov, Secretary of the Norilsk Diocese, accompanying the bishop on a pilgrimage, as well as the clergy of the parish and the Deanery assisted the Right Reverend Bishop during the service.
Petitions for the unity of the Church and for peace in Ukraine were said at the Augmented litany.
In his sermon, Vladyka Agafangel reminded believers of repentance as the main component of the approaching Great Lent. On behalf of the clergy and believers of the parish, Archpriest Michael Nasonov, Rector of the temple, thanked His Grace for celebrating together the Divine Liturgy.
