A Children's Liturgy was celebrated at Dormition Cathedral in London »

On Saturday, June 20, 2026, with the blessing of His Grace, Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, the children's choir of the Holy Martyr Grand Duchess Elizabeth Parish School participated in the Divine Liturgy at Dormition Cathedral in London.
The choir's director was M.V. Bezmenova-Nikolau.
The divine service was celebrated by Archpriest Nikita Kozlov, assisted by Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.
The hymns performed by the young choir alternated with those of the cathedral choir, led by choirmaster Dmitry Tugarinov.
For children, participation in the Liturgy is always an important and long-awaited event. Parents and parishioners consistently remark on the children's voices as being heartfelt and touching, especially during the singing of the Cherubic Hymn and "It Is Truly Meet." The children's choir's next participation in the Divine Liturgy at the London Cathedral is scheduled for November.
