On the evening of June 13, 2026, on the eve of the Second Sunday after Pentecost, the feast of All Saints Who Shone Forth in the Russian Land, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the all-night vigil at Dormition Cathedral in London. His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh; Archpriest Nikita Kozlov; Priest Vasily Gandzyuk; Priest Alexander Kapustin; Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch; Protodeacon Ioann Sylnyk; and Deacon Nikolai Makarov.
The Cathedral Choir, directed by Dmitry Tugarinov, performed the liturgical hymns.
During the polyeleos, a reliquary containing great Christian relics—a particle of the Life-giving Cross of the Lord, the Belt of the Most Holy Theotokos, and particles of the holy relics of God's chosen saints—was brought from the altar to the center of the church.
At Matins, after the Gospel reading, Bishop Matthew anointed the clergy and worshippers with holy oil.
