On the evening of April 8, 2026, the final Sacrament of Unction (Anointing of the Sick) of Lent was celebrated at Dormition Cathedral in London. Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, Rector of the cathedral, celebrated the service.His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, Archpriest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, Archpriest Nikita Kozlov, Priest Alexander Kapustin, Priest Sergiy Sokolovsky, Priest Nektary Baska, and Deacon Viktor Nikiforov.
Following the Unction, Archpriest Dimitry Nedostupenko delivered a sermon.
