On April 11, 2026, the blessing of Easter food was performed throughout the day at Dormition Cathedral in London.
Following the Divine Liturgy, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh read prayers for the blessing of cheese, eggs, bran, and meat and sprinkled the Easter offerings with holy water.
Throughout the day, cathedral clergy blessed kulich, paskha, and eggs, which were traditionally brought for blessing by Orthodox residents of London and its environs.
