On February 11, 2026, a meeting of the Synod of the Patriarchal Exarchate of Western Europe was held in the building of the Korsun Diocesan Administration in Paris, chaired by Metropolitan Mark of Ryazan and Mikhailovsk, Administrator of the Patriarchal Exarchate and the Korsun Diocese.
The meeting was attended by bishops serving in the countries of the Exarchate's pastoral responsibility: Archbishop Elisey of The Hague and the Netherlands, Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, Bishop Ambrose of Bogorodsk, Vicar of the Patriarchal Exarch of Western Europe, and Bishop Peter of Kafa, Vicar of the Patriarchal Exarch of Western Europe.
Opening the meeting, Metropolitan Mark of Ryazan and Mikhailovsk addressed the Synod members with introductory remarks and announced the agenda.
The Synod members reported on the state of affairs in the dioceses entrusted to their archpastoral administration and exchanged views on a wide range of pressing issues.
The meeting concluded with reports from the leader and delegates of the Youth Movement from various Western European countries.
