On January 18, 2026, on the eve of the Epiphany (Epiphany Eve), His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom, Great Vespers, and the Rite of the Great Blessing of Water at Dormition Cathedral in London.
His Grace was assisted at the Liturgy by Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, Dean of the Diocesan District of South East England Archpriest Vitaly Polischuk, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh Archpriest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Archpriest Nikita Kozlov, Priest Vasily Gandzyuk, Priest Alexander Kapustin, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch, and Protodeacon Ioann Sylnik.
The liturgical hymns were performed by the Dormition Cathedral Choir under the direction of Dmitry Tugarinov.
Following the Liturgy, Bishop Matthew celebrated Great Vespers and the Rite of the Great Blessing of Water. A glorification of the feast was then performed.
