On September 23, 2025, a meeting of the Diocesan Council of the Diocese of Sourozh was held at the Dormition Cathedral in London, chaired by His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh.
Participating in the meeting were Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Dean of the Diocesan District of Southeast England; Archpriest Mikhail Nasonov, Dean of the Diocesan District of the Republic of Ireland; Archpriest Stephen Platt, Dean of the Diocesan District of Central England; and the secretary of the Sourozh Diocese, Dean of the Diocesan District of Northern England, Archpriest Dmitry Nedostupenko (secretary of the Diocesan Council).
During the meeting, His Grace and the council members discussed the current affairs of the diocese and made a number of decisions in accordance with the agenda.
