On November 3, 2025, on the eve of the feast of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God (commemorating the deliverance of Moscow and Russia from the Poles in 1612), His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the evening service at Dormition Cathedral in London.
His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Dmitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, and Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.
The Cathedral Choir, under the direction of Dmitry Tugarinov, performed the liturgical hymns.
At Matins, after the Gospel reading, Bishop Matthew anointed the clergy and worshippers with blessed oil.
