The service was led by Metropolitan Mark of Ryazan and Mikhailovsk, Administrator of the Patriarchal Exarchate of Western Europe and the Korsun Diocese, who was assisted by Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, Temporary Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the United States and Canada.
