Cleric of the Diocese of Sourozh took part in the XV Lambeth Conference of the Anglican Church


On Sunday, August 7, 2022, a group from the parish of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker in Oxford made a pilgrimage to the holy well of the Great Martyr Marina (Margaret) of Antioch, located on the church grounds of the Church of St. Margaret at Binsey, near to Oxford.
The annual St Seraphim Youth Camp of the Diocese of Sourozh took place from 25th July - 5th August in the village of Malswick, Gloucestershire. More than 120 people participated in the event, including over ninety children aged from 8-17, together with youth leaders and helpers.
On August 4, 2022, on the 19th anniversary of the death of the ever-memorable Metropolitan Anthony (Bloom), the founder of the Diocese of Sourozh, with the blessing of His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, commemorative services were held in London.
On Saturday, July 23, 2022, a pilgrimage took place to the Holy Well of St Seiriol of Penmon (6th century), located on the eastern side of the island of Anglesey, in the town of Penmon in Wales. With the blessing of His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, the pilgrimage group was headed by priest Anatoly Vikhrov, Rector of the parishes of St. Xenia of Saint Petersburg in Leeds and of the Meeting of the Lord in Bradford.

On July 23, 2022, on the day of memory of St. Anthony of the Caves, of Kyiv, the head of all Russian monks, the heavenly patron of the founder of the Sourozh diocese, Metropolitan Anthony (Bloom), His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh served a panikhida for the ever-memorable Vladyka Anthony in the Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord in Bogorodskoye, Moscow.
On Saturday, July 16, 2022, the faithful of the parish of St. Silouan of Athos in Southampton, together with pilgrims from far abroad, made a pilgrimage to the ancient church of the Hieromartyr St. Boniface of Fulda, in the baptism of Winfried (672-675 - 754), Archbishop of Mainz, Dokkum, Crediton, Apostle of Germany, in Bonchurch on the Isle of Wight.

On Saturday, July 9, 2022, believers from parishes of the Diocese of Sourozh in Romford, Southgate, Cambridge and some Orthodox residents of Norwich, in total about 40 people, made a joint pilgrimage to the church of St. Peter the Apostle in Bradwell-on-Sea, in Essex.
The parish of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker in Oxford, Diocese of Sourozh, provided temporary accommodation for two families of refugees from Ukraine. The church house in the village of Kidlington, located 5 miles north of Oxford, could accommodate 6 people - two women and four children.
From June 27, 2022, the work of Theological Courses at the Church of the Holy Chief Apostles Peter and Paul in Dublin, Republic of Ireland, has resumed. A new cycle of classes began with a lecture on the topic: "The Second Epistle of the Holy Apostle Paul to the Thessalonians."
