On the evening of August 8, 2026, on the eve of the 10th Sunday after Pentecost, the feast day of the Great Martyr and Healer Panteleimon, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the all-night vigil at the Dormition Cathedral in London.
His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, Dean of the Diocesan District of South East England Archpriest Vitaly Polischuk, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh Archpriest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Archpriest Nikita Kozlov, Priest Vasily Gandzyuk, Priest Alexander Kapustin, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch, and Protodeacon Ioann Sylnik.
The Cathedral Choir, under the direction of Anna Kobrina, performed the liturgical hymns.
During the polyeleos, a reliquary containing great Christian relics—a particle of the Life-giving Cross of the Lord, the Belt of the Most Holy Theotokos, and particles of the holy relics of chosen saints—was brought from the altar to the center of the church.
At Matins, after the Gospel reading, Bishop Matthew anointed the clergy and worshippers with holy oil.
