Paschal services in the Churches of the Diocese of Sourozh
Paschal services took place at the Diocesan Cathedral and other churches of the Diocese of Sourozh in the night of 26th/27th April. Bishop Elisey of Sourozh presided over Easter services at the London Cathedral of the Dormition of the Mother of God and All Saints, where the local choir was also assisted by a group of visiting singers from Russia.
The vicar of the Diocese of Sourozh, Archbishop Anatoly of Kerch conducted Paschal services at the Stavropegic Parish of the Protecting Veil of the Mother of God in Manchester. The other Cathedral clergy, Archpriests Maxim Nikolsky and Michael Dudko celebrated Pascha in Swindon and Glasgow respectively, as these cities are currently without permanent priests of their own.
Paschal services also took place in other parishes and communities of the Diocese in Great Britain. In Ireland Fr Michael Gogoleff, a clergyman of the Cathedral oversaw the celebration of Easter services in the parishes under his charge.
