Bishop Elisey visits Rock Farm

On Saturday 9th February, Bishop Elisey of Sourozh visited Rock Farm, a plot of land with outbuildings belonging to the Diocese of Sourozh. More than thirty people gathered for the Liturgy celebrated on that day. The congregation included Orthodox people of British, Russian and Greek backgrounds from the neighbouring villages and towns, as well as the visitors from London. At the end of the Liturgy Bishop Elisey greeted everyone with the forthcoming feast of the New Martyrs and Confessors of Russia and expressed his conviction that church life will continue to develop and flourish at Rock Farm. Vladyka also thanked all those who are already labouring in this place.

After the service and refrshments, Bishop Elisey had a tour of the territory and buildings.

The bishop was accompanied by Archpriest Mikhail Dudko and Deacon Dimitry Nedostupenko.
